Kathleen Layer

Kathleen is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) and a Certified Health & Life Coach and Intuitive Eating Counselor. She's been practicing yoga since 2016 and started teaching in 2020. 

Kathleen loves to incorporate a variety of styles into her classes, but most importantly focuses on the intuitive rhythm of matching breath with movement, cultivating strength in both mind and body, and, of course, having fun :)  

Kathleen believes yoga isn't just a movement practice, but something that helps connect you to yourself and appreciate all your body can do for you. In her coaching business, Kathleen focuses on creating a loving relationship with food and body with her clients and brings those same principles into her yoga classes. 

Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Kathleen moved to Meadville in July of 2023 with her husband, Braden, son, Tag, and dog, Wiley. When she's not on the mat, you can find her exploring the outdoors with her 2-year-old, cooking really yummy food, and checking out all the best local spots.
