Studio Guidelines & Information
Arrivals & Cancellations
Pre-registering for class on our website or on the MINDBODY App is highly recommended for an effortless and streamlined check-in process.
Studio is unlocked 15 minutes before the start of class. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to class to allow time for check-in and ample time to roll out your mat and settle in for your practice.
If you arrive late you will not be able to enter the studio and attend class. The door is locked at the start of class.
Cancellations must be made prior to 1 hour before the start of class. Any late cancellations or no-shows will result in a forfeit of class pass. Those on memberships will incur a $10 late cancel fee that will be charged to the payment method on their account.
Walk-ins are always welcome, however, due to limited space, we cannot guarantee walk-ins a spot.
Low Attendance Policy: In the rare occurrence that only one student shows up to class, the class will be canceled. The student will not lose their pass. The pass will remain on their account for future use. If no one is registered for class 60 minutes before the start of class, we reserve the right to cancel the class.
What to Bring
We suggest you bring your own mat, water bottle, and any props you would like to use. However, if you want to travel light and do not have your own mat and/or props, we have plenty of studio mats and props available for use free of charge.
Water will be available to fill up water bottles, however, we do not sell bottled water on-site.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to easily move around.
Due to limited space, we ask that you leave large purses and bags at home or in your car. We want to preserve as much studio floor space for yoga as possible. We ask that all extra items (clothing, bags, phones, keys) be stowed away in the cubbies in the back room.
Studio Etiquette
Please remove your shoes as soon as you enter the building and store them on the mats at the front of the studio. No shoes are allowed on the studio floor. The rest of your belongings may be stored in the cubbies in the back room.
Please put your phones on silent or turn them off during class to eliminate disturbances and distractions.
Water is the only beverage allowed in the studio. Please no coffee, soda, juice, etc. as it can create a mess and ruin the floors if spilled.
Please clean studio mats and props that you borrow thoroughly using the studio cleaner before putting them back on the prop wall after class.
Students must be at least 16 years old to practice in the studio unless attending a special children’s yoga event or workshop. Any student under 18 must have a parent sign their liability waiver.
